At the centre of Hosted are the meetings. This year, 80 clinic owners from across the UK will spend two days meeting with 40 carefully selected suppliers, covering devices, skincare, wellness, business support and more, all designed to support your next stage of growth and patient experience.

What would typically take six to twelve months of researching, comparing, trialling and deciding is condensed into just a few days. Every meeting is pre-scheduled based on mutual interest, meaning no wasted time and no irrelevant conversations, just focused, commercially valuable discussions designed to move your business forward.

VIP Wellness Experience

We speak a lot about the shift into wellness, but the reality is that it is not a simple add-on. It is a new way of thinking, and for many clinic owners, it can feel overwhelming. Where do you begin, who do you trust, and what should you invest in first?

The VIP Wellness Experience has been created to answer those questions. This is a highly personalised, enhanced layer of Hosted, designed for clinic owners who are ready to evolve their model and introduce a more holistic, longevity-led approach.

The experience is built around four key pillars:

  • Strategy and clarity through 1:1 sessions covering clinical integration, commercial viability and brain optimisation & wellbeing with Dr. Mayoni Gooneratne, Dr Meghan Walker and Nicole McKee
  • Curated connections with trusted companies within the functional medicine and wellness space
  • Content and positioning through a VIP content concierge supporting behind-the-scenes capture, interviews and treatment trials so you leave with the assets and messaging to communicate your evolution
  • Treatment experience with extended access to wellness technologies from Pure Swiss Aesthetics, including a 60-minute Trilogy Wellness Treatment featuring SLIMYONIK BodyStyler, BioRelax Wellness Mat and BYONIK Pulse Triggered Laser.

Myokine sponsored 5K run

Before the meetings begin, we start differently. Supported by Myokine, all delegates are invited to join a 5K run along the Maltese coastline. This is not about pace or performance, it is about starting the day with energy, clearing your head and connecting with others in a more relaxed, open environment.

Gala Dinner – Dress to Impress

By the second evening, something shifts. Introductions have been made, meetings have taken place, and the initial conversations have started to develop into something more meaningful.

The Gala Dinner is where that momentum builds. We begin with drinks at the Bedouin, set on the water’s edge, before moving to the Reef Club for a poolside dinner and evening celebration. The setting is elevated, and the dress code is bold, red, pink, black and white.

What matters most, however, is what happens around the table. This is where conversations continue, where trust is built and where connections turn into real opportunity. It is where people begin to find their circle, the ones who understand the same challenges, ambitions and vision for growth.

This is what Hosted is really about.

Farewell Dinner

And then, we close. The Farewell Dinner begins at the hotel jetty, where speedboats take guests out across the water to a traditional Turkish Gullet. From there, we travel along the Maltese coastline into the Grand Harbour of Valletta, one of the most iconic backdrops in Europe.

The evening continues at Bibi’s, starting with rooftop drinks overlooking the historic city, before moving inside for a final three-course dinner. By this point, the dynamic has changed completely, conversations are no longer introductions, but focused on next steps, partnerships and decisions.

It is a moment to reflect, consolidate and look ahead.
