We asked our Hosted community to take part in our Leadership Survey, built around one central question: What does your business need from you next?

We had hundreds of responses that painted a clear picture of what you needed most from in your leadership right now and with this insight, we set out to build a conference that would help you understand what your business needs from you next; and give you the confidence, perspective and practical insight to act on it.

We heard you loud and clear, as your clinic grows, the decisions get bigger. Where should you focus? Which numbers really matter? What makes a business genuinely valuable? How do you build a culture that performs? How do you create a clinic that patients want to choose, return to and invest in?

With these challenges in mind, we’ve built the day around a simple idea: Everything Starts With You and what your business needs from you will change as it moves into its next stage of growth.
