This year's conversations with clinic owners kept returning to the same theme. Ambition isn't the problem. Most of the people we speak to already want to grow, and many are already doing well. The harder question is how to make better decisions as the stakes get higher - where to invest, what to prioritise, who to recruit, what to delegate and, just as importantly, what not to do. The Leadership Summit has been shaped around that exact stage of business.

Across the day, you'll hear from speakers chosen for the perspective they bring rather than familiarity alone, take part in roundtable discussions with clinic owners at a similar stage to you, and work through a professionally supported Business Growth Workbook designed to turn each session into a clear next step for your business. It's 5.5 hours of CPD-certified education, held in the kind of room where the conversation carries on long after the last session ends.
You'll be joining 200 established clinic owners from across the UK and Ireland, most with five to ten years in business and annual turnover between £500,000 and £1 million. People who are actively investing in their own leadership, who ask better questions and who genuinely want to see the people around them succeed. That's deliberate.
