The agenda followed a structured progression across three core themes: You Now, Your Clinic Now, and Your Future, ensuring insight built logically throughout the day.

In true Hosted style, the Leadership Summit was more than just a conference. It was a carefully curated, premium experience at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly, designed to support ambitious clinic owners at every stage of their leadership journey.
The experience began well before the day itself. Each speaker submitted three reflective questions in advance, prompting delegates to consider how they were currently operating as leaders and business owners. In total, 24 pre-work questions helped shape thinking, focus priorities and prepare delegates to fully engage.
On arrival, every delegate received a workbook to revisit the pre-work, set intentions for each session and capture insights throughout the day.
To close the day, delegates were guided through a structured three-stage goal-setting exercise, ensuring insights were translated into clear actions and next steps. The aim was simple: to leave not just inspired, but ready to take action.
